本アプリ「そらスクロール」（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重します。本アプリは、個人情報を一切収集・送信しません。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真などの個人情報を収集しません。サーバーを持たず、利用者の情報を外部に送信することはありません。
2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報
以下の設定情報は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。
- 操作設定（ハプティクスのオン／オフ、選択中の空のテーマ）
- 初回案内を表示済みかどうかのフラグ
- 購入済みアイテムの識別子（どの「空パック」を購入したか）
これらはアプリの削除により消去されます。
3. アプリ内課金について
有料の「空パック」は、Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて処理されます。決済情報（クレジットカード番号等）を当方が受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。 購入処理には各プラットフォームのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
4. 画像の共有について
本アプリには、表示中の空を画像として共有する機能があります。この画像は端末内で生成され、利用者が共有操作を行ったときにのみ、端末標準の共有機能を通じて利用者自身が選んだ送信先に渡されます。当方のサーバーへアップロードされることはありません。
5. 広告・解析・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告を表示せず、解析ツール（アナリティクス）を使用せず、利用者を追跡（トラッキング）しません。 第三者の広告・解析SDKを一切組み込んでいません。
6. 第三者への提供
前述のアプリ内課金に用いるApple／Googleを除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません（そもそも収集していません）。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しないため、年齢を問わず安全にご利用いただけます。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、ストア掲載のポリシーを更新します。

“Blank Sky” (“the App”) respects your privacy. The App does not collect or transmit any personal information.
1. Information We Collect
The App requires no account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. The App has no server and never transmits your information externally.
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The following settings are stored only on your device and are never transmitted:
- Preferences (haptics on/off, the currently selected sky theme)
- A flag for whether the first-run intro has been shown
- Identifiers of purchased items (which “sky packs” you bought)
These are removed when you delete the App.
3. In-App Purchases
Paid “sky packs” are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment information (e.g., credit card numbers). The privacy policies of those platforms apply to the purchase process.
4. Image Sharing
The App lets you share the sky you are viewing as an image. The image is generated on your device and, only when you choose to share, is passed through your device’s standard share sheet to a destination you select. It is never uploaded to our servers.
5. Ads, Analytics, and Tracking
The App shows no ads, uses no analytics, and does not track you. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Other than Apple/Google for the in-app purchases described above, we do not share your information with any third party (indeed, we do not collect any).
7. Children’s Privacy
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe to use for all ages.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as needed. If material changes are made, we will update the policy posted on the store.
